  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • ¾ cup cashew milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 package whole wheat fettuccine
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:-

  1. Take a pot of water give it a boil and add cauliflower florets. Simmer it until they are softened(it will take approx 10 minutes)
  2. After your florets turn softened drain the water and add them in a a blender. Add cashew milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and sea salt and blend.
  3. Blend this mixture until a smooth sauce formed. Add some more according to the perfect texture you want.
  4. Serve with veggie noodles or your favorite pasta.
