Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce
The main ingredient of this recipe is cauliflower. It is a unique way to taste cauliflower. If you want a creamy pasta it may be the best option. It is packed with vegetables and a great source of protein. If you looking for a dairy-free option of cheese, then it may give you what you want.

- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 package whole wheat fettuccine
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¾ cup cashew milk
- 1 tap sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Take a pot of water give it a boil and add cauliflower florets.Simmer it until they are softened(it will take approx 10 minutes)
After your florets turn softened drain the water and add add then in a a blender. Add cashew milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder and sea salt and blend.
Blen this mixture until a smooth sauce formed. Add some more according to the perfect texture you want.
Serve with veggie noodles or your favorite pasta.
