Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 package whole wheat fettuccine
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¾ cup cashew milk
  • 1 tap sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Take a pot of water give it a boil and add cauliflower florets.Simmer it until they are softened(it will take approx 10 minutes)
  • After your florets turn softened drain the water and add add then in a a blender. Add cashew milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder and sea salt and blend.
  • Blen this mixture until a smooth sauce formed. Add some more according to the perfect texture you want.
  • Serve with veggie noodles or your favorite pasta.
