Vegan Coconut Butter
Vegan coconut butter is a dairy-free alternative to butter made with coconut oil. It is one of the best types of vegan Butter. You can make it nut-free if you are allergic to nuts.

1 high speed blender
1 container
- ½ cup soy milk
- 1 cup refined coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon neutral oil, such as sunflower oil, safflower oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 11/2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup raw cashews soaked
Take all ingredients and add all of them into a blender.
Blend them for 2 to 3 minutes. After that give it 1 minute rest and blend them one more time for 1.5 minutes.
After your mixture is ready pour the butter into a rectangular container or any container you like.
Cover your container nicely. Keep it on the fridge for 6 to 7 hours to allow it to set properly.
After 6 to 7 hours remove it from the fridge, use it according to your need and put it back.
