Sunflower Seed Butter
Sunflower seed butter is a vegan Butter. It is made with toasted sunflower seeds. It is very creamy. It tastes like peanut butter. If someone have any nut allergies, then they ccan try it.

- 3 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon (Optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2-3 teaspoon melted refined coconut oil or avocado oil
- vanilla extract
- maple syrup
First, preheat an oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, Toss raw sunflower seeds with cinnamon or any spice you want.
Spread them on baking sheet and toast for 18 to 20 minutes evenly. When seeds turn golden brown remove pan from oven.
Place toasted sunflower seeds in bowl of food processor and blend on high until a mealy texture is formed (it will take approx two minutes).
Scrape down sides of the bowl and continue blending on medium to high speed until a thick paste is formed (it will take approx 10 minutes)
After the paste is formed add the vanilla extract and maple syrup then blend to combine.
