How To Make Vegan Butter At Home With Coconut Oil:-
Is is a popular type of vegan Butter. You is as a spread or baking.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy milk, room temperature, see notes for subs
- 1 cup refined coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil, such as sunflower oil, safflower oil, canola oil, or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, (add up to 1 teaspoon for salted butter but you can leave it out completely it is only used for baking)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Instructions:-
- Step 1: Take all ingredients and add all of them into a blender.
- Step 2: Blend them for 2 to 3 minutes. After that give it 1 minute rest and blend them one more time for 1.5 minutes.
- Step 3: After your mixture is ready pour the butter into a rectangular container (recommend) or any container you like.
- Step 4: Cover your container nicely. Keep it on the fridge for 6 to 7 hours to allow it to set properly.
- Step 5: After 6 to 7 hours remove it from the fridge, use it according to your need and put it back.
If you are allergic to nuts, remove cashews from the ingredients, rest of the steps are same.
